Pretend you have to go to the office
Follow the same routine you would have if you had to get up and go to the office. Getting up at the same time, and especially taking a shower, will reduce the chances of you losing focus easily.

Have a space dedicated 100% to your work
Working from your bed will significantly lower your productivity level, as you will have to fight against sleep, laziness and your TV.
Working from the floor could cause pain in your neck, back and even knees.

Avoid social media
One of the biggest distractions will be our smartphone. It would be a good idea to silence it during the period and time when you are working.

Prepare your meals the night before
Being at home and having the kitchen nearby can tempt you at any time to go and prepare something to eat. This will take away time and focus from the work you were doing.
